PUPPY SALE CONTRACT
The puppy you are buying is healthy to the best of our knowledge and ability. Within 72 business hours from this purchase, you are required to take this puppy to your Veterinarian at your expense, for examination. Failure to have your puppy examined by your Vet within the time frame implies that you accept the puppy as is. Should your Veterinarian find any health problems with this puppy, you must return the puppy to us with a written statement from your Veterinarian, within 48 business hours, at your expense. We will then exchange the puppy for another if possible OR refund the purchase price. We will NOT be responsible for any Vet Bill or any other expense you may incur regarding this puppy. We can not guarantee the future of the puppy’s temperament, color or conformation after purchase. It is your responsibility to do research of the temperament and conformation of the puppy breed, prior to purchasing this puppy. At no time do we ever guarantee a pet for show or breeding, as the grading and the selling prices reflect 3 distinctively different categories. Our puppies are de-wormed once a week and will be up to date on their 6, 9 and 12 week shots. It is recommended that you continue their health record by discussing with your veterinarian any future necessary shots this puppy will require, such as Rabies, etc. You will receive a Registration Application with your puppy purchase. You will then have to fill out this application with the required information and mail it to the Association in a timely manner in order to receive your puppy Registration Certificate. This agreement is made for our mutual benefit to protect you as well as ourselves. When puppies are introduced into new surroundings, they are inclined to exhibit shyness and inactivity. In some cases, they may refuse food to which they may not be accustomed. The seller assumes no responsibility on this puppy after leaving the premises, i.e: medical expense, mortality, landlord’s disapproval, allergy to animals, disagreement of family, or for any other reason, other than that indicated above.
