We love our furry-babies very much and would like to share with all Poodle Lovers, the joy these very intelligent loyal friends have blessed us with over the years. We don't breed for a living, but from time to time, we have a few available puppies for sale. ABOUT US:
Retired and married for over 36 years, we have decided to fill our home with Toy Poodles when our grown children left us and went on their own. We take tender care of our Furry-Babies and spend our days with them 24/7. They are our *** Extended Family *** in every way. We love them with all of our hearts! They are our daily dose of "Mental Therapy". They go with us on long trips or on short car rides and take walks with us in the woods on our 30 acres here in Southern Indiana. They spend a lot of time with our 3 1/2 and 1 yr olds grandchildren and also lots of time playing with our other pets, a Yellow Lab, 3 Beagles and 2 Cats. These daily constant interaction with humans and other animals make them VERY SOCIALIZED AND SECURE POODLES WITH GREAT PERSONALITIES AND TEMPERAMENTS! We do not confine them in any way! They are NEVER caged, put in a run, crated or even leashed. We DO NOT have kennels or runs. They have total free run of a large fenced-in back yard with covered decks to lounge around under when they need to rest between play. They eat and sleep with us. Have full access to doggie doors for their outside activities and they are free to roam inside the house as well. They form a 'Poodle Pile' underneath the computer desk when we're on it and they sleep in our bedroom with us 
and share our king size bed to snuggle. In the summer, they do a lot of swimming in the pool, and during the cooler months they swim in the hot tub... LOL :-) Needless to say....
THEY ARE VERY SPOILED FURRY BABIES!
We plan our breeding decision very carefully. We try to limit ourselves to NO MORE than 4 litters per year. We do NOT crossed-breed. We use A STUD FOR HIRE to make sure we have 'good blood lines' in our puppies. We love our puppies long before they were even born. Their mommies get daily belly rubs and massages, straight to the day they deliver their pups next to our bed. We assist mommies during their deliveries, helping cut the umbilical cords, discarding their after births and making sure moms, pups and whelping areas are always clean. Our Vets' phone number is kept handy on speed dial incase of an emergency. Puppies are cared for and held around the clock just as we did with our human babies when they were little. At 3 days old we take them to our Vet for an overall health check and to get their tails docked and dew claws removed. We always keep our puppies, adults and teen agers together, so they are constantly socializing with one another. We take every precautions to prevent "Unwanted Pregnancies" and "Accidental Mating". Adult girls and boys are "supervised" around the clock PLUS protective garments (diapers and belly bands) are worn. YES, it does require a lot of work and it is time consuming, BUT extra time we do have plenty of :-) We keep tight records on their heat cycles. Girls in "season" are automatically seperated and secluded in our family room, behind locking doors and they are 'double wrapped' (LOL)... They are constantly checked upon to make sure no "sneaking" is occurring. As soon as they are no longer in heat, they are back socializing with the rest. Most of the mommies and daddies we raised from birth, a few we raise since they were 6 weeks old. We found that keeping them together consistently, is teaching them how to socialize and to get along with each other. We have NO problems with fighting or bickering. NO picking on each other is ever allowed! Everyone's getting along just fine :-)
They are groomed every four weeks and bathed once a week. Regular treatments they definitely enjoy and look forward to. They are very easy to train. When puppies begin to walk steadily (usually around 4 weeks old) they are fed solid food (dry), de-wormed and be started on their pee pads training. After they received their 1st set of vaccinations at 6 weeks old, they are shown to use the doggie door to explore the outdoors and encouraged to go potty outside.
We DO NOT raise any other breed. We DO NOT do "designer dogs". We only have PUREBRED Poodles and ALL are AKC Registered, and we follow their standards. We NEVER breed the same mom in the same year! Our favorites are the RED & PARTI Poodles. We like to double breed the color (ie: red to red, chocolate to chocolate, parti to parti) but the puppies might be born: Red, Silver, Brown, Apricot, White/Cream or Black, all depends on their background history. We do NOT guarantee what size they will be, just a "guesstimate". As full grown adults, they should weigh anywhere from 4 lbs to 10 pounds, depending on the parents and their background blood lines. All puppies will be SOLD with an AKC PET/LIMITED REGISTRATION. We are very selective as to where our puppies are going, we want them to go to a loving and secure home, to Adoptive Parents who will commit in giving them the same love and care they are raised with. We will ABSOLUTELY NOT SELL TO any Broker, Third Party or Pet Stores .
